I am still hoping we get another Star Fox game that takes place after Command, since we don't know the official ending to that game yet.

If they put mewtwo back in they need to do a few adjustments His reflect move ought to actually damage people with the projectiles it reflects, as of melee its too slow to start up and cool down to even use effectively. And if you use it on an opponent directly it just opens you up for attack. Shitty move. Disable can be cool, but aiming it is a pain in the ass.

I doubt they have the rights to Travis, and it might take some convincing to get them. But still, he'd make an interesting addition.

I think Lankey Kong would make a great new Donkey Kong universe addition. He's got a ton of interesting combat moves in Donkey Kong 64 that I think would translate well into Brawl. I feel as though most people's "predictions" are more like what they simply want to see in the game, and less what will most likely be added.

Megaman is likely. He's got a long history with Nintendo and I can see them wanting to get him this time. I'd forgotten about Sukapon, but now that I think about it it seems like a good fit. I guess that could be the resurrected famicom series. Also, I still think they'll add Jeff. What with Earthbound on the VC, and the fact that he's already an assist trophy, I think it's more than just wishful thinking.

This is the reason third party characters like Snake and Sonic were allowed to be in Brawl despite being third party characters.

Nintendo clearly hasn't forgotten about this, as they continue to put Megaman on the Virtual Console. He is undeniably an important part of Nintendo's history. He helped make the NES what it was: An amazing console. Oh, and there's the fact that shortly after Brawl's release, Kenji Inafune, co-creator of Megaman, said that he would've certainly said yes if Sakurai had asked if he could put Megaman in Brawl.

I'd imagine that MM Link's Down Special would be a mask switch, similar to the Pokemon Trainer switching his pokemon out. Each mask gives you a different moveset.

I really don't see them adding Lucina. Her appearance alone is practically a spoiler for Awakening. I'm sure there are gonna be people who only get Awakening because Lucina's in Smash Bros. and I'm sure it'll take a little away from the game knowing who she is already. I also don't see them adding Ridley either. I know a lot of people want him in the next one, but I honestly don't think he'll be added.

I know that Mega Man started and thrived on Nintendo consoles. I was in no way saying that it'd be like ~Master Chief~ being included, implying he has no relation with Nintendo. I'm talking about relevance, and how much the companies care about him. Capcom doesn't care about Mega Man, and Nintendo isn't entirely focused on including new characters, so they wouldn't go out of their way for the likes of Mega Man.

Megaman has been getting shafted by Capcom for a while now, so that's certainly a major barrier standing in his way.
