It's easier and takes less effort to fake a 3DS screenshot than a high res HD WiiU screenshot.
Not to say all the 3DS "leaks" are fake, I still believe in Palutena's.

Not to mention, why would someone take an action shot if they were leaking something? You don't get a clear view of the character and you need to have someone playing the game whilst taking the photo. You're essentially putting effort into making an image look like shit.
Also Magnus strikes me as too obscure a character. If we're to get a character from Kid Icarus it's more likely to be Palutena, Madusa or Hades - characters that are more well known and you don't need to play the game to recognise.

I assume a Starfox veteran will be revealed this month although chances are Sakurai won't reveal them until its near the release date.
