I hope they plan on putting assets from Kirby Triple Deluxe into the new smash bros. I'd love to see [sp]Queen Sectonia[/sp] as an assist trophy. And yeah I spoiled that for anyone who doesn't want to see the final boss of Triple Deluxe's name.

Please don't let mii's get in, I know people talk about "Oh wasted slots" but that would seriously be one.
Please don't let mii's get in, I know people talk about "Oh wasted slots" but that would seriously be one.
But then you could make Waluigi Miis!
I dunno bout you guys but I'd love to play as a character that resembles me. It's fun to pretend. Of course I might as well just play Wario or King Dedede if I'm going for a comedic portly asshole. But yeah. No Miis.
Please don't let mii's get in, I know people talk about "Oh wasted slots" but that would seriously be one.
if they want to put a character in they will put them in, one character's existence doesn't come at the expense of another one, the idea of a self-imposed "slot" limit by the dev team is just stupid, if they cared about that there would be a nice round number of characters in the game instead of the 12, 26 and 35 there are in the games
Was Brawl rushed? I mean, for fuck's sake, three Star fox characters having the same final smash... toon link, at least Wolf plays differently, with different moves, as does Ness-Lucas.

Both in style and game-play wise.
If Miis are in (and at this point I'm inclined to say that they are), what kind of moveset would they get? Would they draw from Wii Sports and Wii Play? Perhaps take elements from the StreetPass Plaza? Or, dare I say it, would Nintendo try making them customizable characters?
Why not Vaati as a 5th Zelda rep? Second most recurrent villian, and Toon style. Better than Toon Zelda, I'd say. Also, Ghirahim, but as [sp]Ganondorf's sword.[/sp]. And Black Shadow with Ganondorf's old moveset.
Anything can happen at this point. Ganondorf and many other veterans might return a lot more revamped then we think. Just look at Pit and Bowser. Especially Bowser. We still have some hope of seeing the more clone-like characters distinguishing themselves more from their original counterpart. The only one so far that, sadly, doesn't seem to do so in Toon Link. Unless they buff Link so he's more of a heavy hitter and Toon Link leans more towards speed. I always feel a tad sad to see characters getting forgotten or underused. I always played with all of 'em to dust them of a bit.
Ganondorf's sword returns As it's own character
Link sucked compared to Toon Link in Brawl, that's the only real reason I wanted TL back.
How much info has been released regarding the differences between 3DS and Wii U? All i know is that both versions will contain exclusive stages but the character scheme remains the same. And that the Wii U has more crispy HD textures while 3DS has a cell-shaded touch to it.

We just don't what it will be. I assume that you'll be able to get unique trophies/stickers (if they return) from one version and send them to the other to complete the collections.
My friend keeps arguing about having a Monster Hunter in the game, and he's getting butthurt about the game not having a MH character in the roster. I mean, it'd be cool but it just won't happen and it's kind of an unrealistic expectation considering MH is Capcom-owned anyways.

Okay, so I got Project M working on Dolphin and this is the most fun I've ever had playing Brawl. It doesn't feel stupid, clunky or redundant anymore. It feels so responsive compared to Brawl, like it should. And now, so many characters that sucked are so good now but so many that were OP are so balanced. Is this what Melee felt like? Was it actually this smooth in transition and versatility? It's been so long since I played melee, and I feel like Project M is just so superior in so many ways. My hopes are on SSB4 being as good as this. I'm not so much worried about the balance issue, but man do I want the game to feel like this mechanically.
I'd like Project M more if they kept the stages as is.
I thought you could just manually keep the stage files. It's not like brawl's stages were well balanced.

They limit all the cool "gimmicky" stuff that I love about Smash.

Don't know if it is true or not though.

The entire purpose of the mod is a complete overhaul of Brawl focused on high-tier competitive play. It sounds like you just want to play Brawl :v:
because it's fast and fluid which is always more fun than slower and floaty brawl regardless of items/gimmicks/stages w/e

However, when it comes down to 1v1 (which was what Project M was essentially made for), stages like Hyrule castle just get tedious and boring to fight in since it takes forever to get to your opponent.
