Japan prefers wario ware, dislikes Metroid, and they never want to share their fucking Goemon games with us. It all sucks.
Japan also doesn't seem to care for Star Fox either. Sad.
6 Golden Coins was the best Mario game. At least to me.
fuck Japan has horrible taste as of late
I kinda want Bomberman now.

Currently getting incredibly frustrated with USB Loader GX I wish Project M worked on PAL natively
They got rid of it in Project M? Awww. Well I used it mostly for recovery, and that was a great deal of fun in itself. People really seem to hate the bike. It's not that hard to avoid or stop mid tracks. Sonic running back and forth using his dashing attack posed more of an immediate threat than that thing. Unless Warioman, in which case it's hilarious. That, or people hated his amazing recovery capabilities with it. If they got rid of it in M, did they at least boost his Corkscrew?
Late reply but they did a few things. Corkscrew has much more horizontal control. Vertical gain is approximately the same. It can sweetspot ledges too. Shoulder bash can be angled upward or downward in midair for a fast but short advance. However using it in the air will render Wario helpless and incapable of jumping further (previous versions of P:M was a normal shoulder bash that gave him so much horizontal mobility that people used it over corkscrew 9 times out of 10). Can sweetspot ledge with proper positioning. Wario Waft charges fast. 30 seconds fast. I'd say that Wario's recovery game in P:M is much more consistent with itself since it won't hinge on whether you have a bike available or not. It's still a pretty solid recovery game if you can dance around the edgeguarding, and it gets better if you have a waft charged up (which will happen a lot unless you fart all the damn time).
Speaking of PM, I finally got myself into it, I know it's definitely not the best place to ask for professional advice as most of you guys only play casually, but considering I'm at a casual level in PM right now (instead of being a tournament player in Melee), do you guys have any tips to give me ? I've been picking up Wario recently.

I've been picking up Wario recently.
His neutral air is a really good spacing tool. Fast startup and not much endlag, decent hitbox. Avoid using his forward special when recovering unless you're within a character length of a ledge since you'll whiff otherwise. His forward tilt can be angled up or down to change both the hitbox destination and knockback; you can also hold the tilt like a smash attack to fake your opponent out (won't make it do more damage though). His down smash will ignore airborne targets, don't get your hopes up to meteor smash people by the ledge like you used to be able to. Down air is very risky over the pits, it's helpful when doing air combos and you want to return them to the ground so you can get a ground string started again. Jumping during your forward special will extend its duration until you land, you cannot cancel the forward special by crouching anymore. His neutral special works like a grab that can hit airborne targets, and can throw people left or right. His forward/backward throw can be charged or moved respectively, allowing you to chuck people farther offstage or carry them toward a wall or ledge, depending on what you want. Stay airborne if you can, Wario's got much better spacing with his Nair than with any of his grounded moves. He's still a strong ground-fighter, it's just he's much more difficult to play footsies with if you play predominantly on the ground.
Fuck yeah, after 2 days of stress and throwing USB sticks at the wall, I finally have Project M on my PAL Wii
Fuck yeah, after 2 days of stress and throwing USB sticks at the wall, I finally have Project M on my PAL Wii
Is it a PAL Brawl disk too?
Is it a PAL Brawl disk too?
I'm not using a disc, I'm using USB Loader GX to load an image
I'm not using a disc, I'm using USB Loader GX to load an image
Oh, you naughty boy.

These predictions are getting a bit. Odd. Well i guess the proof's there.
I remember when gamefaqs was useful back in the day like 8 year ago. Now it's just a shithole.

Maybe it's because I've been playing a lot of Budokai 3 lately but I wouldn't mind Goku in SSB4, but I think Ridley has a far better chance than Goku.
I think Ridley has a far better chance than Goku.
You think?
You think?
If Solid Snake made it anyone can. [editline]29th March 2014[/editline] HANK HILL Brings the pro-pain
Goku's hair is too big for the stage.
If Solid Snake made it anyone can. [editline]29th March 2014[/editline] HANK HILL Brings the pro-pain
Well, unless Mike Judge is secretly best friends with Sakurai, much less likely than Snake.
Sometimes I feel like Pit and Donkey Kong got their weights swapped somewhere along the way during development. There's no reason that Pit's kill % should be upwards of 200 while DK get's thrown around at like 80.
Goku's hair is too big for the stage.
Actually if there would be any sort of possibility for Goku to be in, I would like to have his normal child version from the original Dragonball. I think he is more iconic than his adult version. He would rather fit into SSB in my opinion. Of course it's pretty unlikely, but if it had to be Goku, then it should be his child version. No ridicilous powers, or super sayian abilites. Just him, with his kame hame ha and his red magical staff.
I think he is more iconic than his adult version. He would rather fit into SSB in my opinion.
Your second point is up for debate (personally I disagree, there are plenty of more serious adult characters), but your first is flat out wrong. Google "Goku."
but your first is flat out wrong. Google "Goku."
That's because the most part of the story revolves around the adult characters. What I meant was, that despite the massive success of Dragonball Z and its story line of strong characters, the child version resembles a more iconic, I don't know, "feel"(?). Sounds a bit strange, but Goku as a child comes first to mind if you just think about the series in general. Maybe because the story started out like this?
lets just stop talking about goku non-ironically and talk about the possibility of super mario and super linkio being in the game
lets just stop talking about goku non-ironically and talk about the possibility of super mario and super linkio being in the game
Luigi's already in the game though. We don't need Red Luigi and Elf Luigi too.
