Sakurai's been a troll with character reveals as is. What if the 1st is the one day he goes straight, just to fuck with us further? Like revealing a huge character, everyone expecting it to be a joke, and it's not

So does this mean the Poltergeist isn't apart of Luigi's moveset, its just a Final Smash I will never see because nobody plays with them That's disappointing. I was hoping for it to be a special move of Luigi's moveset.

The Poltergust just makes more sense.

I was hoping to see E. Gadd as a character, and with the poltergust as his moveset but i wasn't really expecting it, nice that they're repping Luigi's Mansion in some way

E. Gadd should be in the Kart/Tennis/etc spinoffs by now, it's crazy that he isn't. I'm guessing the Final Smash involves sucking in enemies with some sort of aimable suction, and enemies are shot out of the Poltergust in some fashion (as portraits, at high speed to damage others) for the damage dealing part. Maybe items can be sucked in as well, or ghosts will be involved somehow?

He can't use the Negative Zone any more because the Year of Luigi has alleviated all of his feelings of jealousy!
