I wouldn't count ol' #150 out quite yet. Assuming we lose Squirtle and Ivysaur, that still leaves an empty Pokemon slot to be filled... This Smash is looking to have so many hijinks, I can't wait.

I'll be honest, any characters dropped at this point are pretty severely gonna piss me off if [sp]ninja-frog non-character[/sp] made it in over them.

Well, Ridley is in the game, and I am an optimist, so, despite the heavy evidence towards him being a stage hazard, well, some trolling going on won't be ruled out from my end. I want to see more, that shadow wasn't the duck on steroids from Other M, so at least he gets a proper design. But dammit, Dark Samus is an assist (3 from the Metroid series), and out of that and Ridley, the series has no important characters left. It'd be a shame that all we get is Samus and ZSS again, and, again, optimist due to trolling creator. But not really expecting anything other than a stage hazard. And fucking Charizard. Here I was hoping we'd get Pokemon Trainer back with a fully evolved team... Oh well, is cool, hope we get both megas and not just X; I am growing a bit tired of seeing it everywhere... Greninja is awesome tho, but it doesn't feel as... relevant as all other Pokemon characters. It'd be right at home in a Pokemon Trainer lineup... Unless that's the case. And gimme Mewtwo. BTW, the legendary Pokemon event in Melee was awesome. Now that can be played at anytime with Master Ball spam. Oh yeah.

Some people might be pissed at Greninja appearing. But I am overjoyed. Charizard gets to become Mega without a trainer holding him back, and we get a badass ninja frog.

Gotta say I like the for glory idea of "final destination" converting all the stages, though it would be better if they threw battlefield into that mix as well. A huge step up from "with anyone" from Brawl either way though.

I was kind of expecting at least 2 reveals, considering this was a big ol' Super Special Smash Stream, but I'm still impressed. I wonder what'll happen to Squirtle and Ivysaur, though? I never cared for 'em, but still.

I swear to god, Greninja's attack charge-up during the CG part of his announcement was intentionally done to look like he was Mewtwo for a minute just to screw with everyone.

Ah I see, so Greninja being a fan favorite makes more sense now. I still dislike the fact that Sakurai made it seem like Mewtwo at first. I was really pumped up, thinking (Oh my god, Mewtwo is back), only to find out that a ninja frog I never heard of before was the character.

Ninja Frog looks pretty cool more hyped about Charizard he was my favorite of the Pokemon Trainer Trio

Gotta love how sakurai revealed one newcomer, and it was one absolutely nobody expected all these new character changes make up for it x1000 though, every character being seperated and getting all new movesets is fuckin amazing
