So do we know if any new characters will ever be announced? Are all of the slots taken already? I'm still holding out for Wonder Red, even though it won't happen.

Technically, as it stands, we still have less pokemon than previously, and that's taking into account the fact that Jigglypuff is guaranteed to pop up later.

I don't really like too much that the Wii U version is coming ~6 months after the 3DS version, I was hoping to couch-game with my friends this summer.

If I can say, I really like the fact they're both releasing the 3DS version earlier and giving it unique content. There were formerly a lot of people (myself included) who were certain that version would fade into obscurity at release due to the WiiU version outshining it. Now it doesn't seem like that will be the case, and it'll be able to stand as its own thing. Hooray! [editline]t[/editline] It also makes getting both versions seem much less redundant, and will hopefully foster a strong community for both as a result.
