Mario DDR.
I think Waluigi could be the new star of a Wario Land-like game since Wario himself has gone all micro-gamey. They could flesh out his character there.
Waluigi Land. I'd play it.

Charles Martinet has said multiple times that he thinks a Waluigi game where the player has to cheat to win (exploiting "glitches", using items from the background and foreground to cross gaps and solve puzzles, etc.) would be an amazing idea.
Waluigi isn't established as a character yet, so he doesn't really need a slot where a 100 different more interesting characters could be put.

This is how I feel about him, the brawl in the family comics with him are funny but outside of a single fan comic he has no personality and was made just to be evil luigi and nothing more.
When he gets into his own official game or becomes more then "that lanky guy" then I'd be for him getting into a bigger title but right now he's (slightly) less then daisy.
Edit: When I ask "Hey what's his personality" and people just link to the crotch chop animation I kinda shrug it off and go "yeah that is a personality alright."

Probably the most hilarious part about that is that I could probably link right back to a video of him posing with a rose in Mario Party 8. It's like they never really keep track of what little personality they do give him.
yeah i'd rather the slot be used on goku

Yeah, like ROB and WFT. Good idea.

WFT has several games centered around her, and ROB literally saved Nintendo and the gaming industry as we know it. Waluigi was made only to be evil Luigi since Mario got Wario. He's not developed in the least.

My point being that they aren't really established characters, no matter which way you look at it. I mean, because Dr. Kawashima's head is in every Brain Age game, does that mean he's more established than Waluigi?
Just because he doesn't have his own game doesn't mean he's not established. And even though apparently "he has no personality", he definitely has more personality than Mario. Mario is the typical "I must win with honor" hero, while Waluigi comes up with stupid and crazy shit.
Literally, all waluigi does is go "weh"
He's like Wario, but not as funny

I still don't see how Waluigi is any different from Dr. Kawashima. He's a character who's only appeared in the side games and has no real purpose in the series. At least Dr. Kawashima interacts with the player and has a purpose other than 'bad guy Luigi.'
He's not a good character for a game all about the characters.

I'm just trying to say that's it a fighting/party game. Back story seriously means nothing. It's all about movesets, which is why I can understand their reasoning behind not adding Waluigi. Shallow move possibilities without it being absolutely stupid.
My opinion of the "bad guy Luigi" is the opposite of most I guess. It was pretty unique and no one saw it coming when they added a character just to be a sidekick's doppelganger.
waluigi has enough of a role in the games to have a usable moveset and that's all that matters. i don't know where this idea that fighters needed to have interesting personalities came from when so many of them are blank slates or silent protagonists, it just seems like arbitrary bullshit that was formulated just for this argument.
if rosalina can get an entire moveset set around mario galaxy, waluigi could easily be the "Spin-off guy". karts, sports equipment (and not just as a forward smash for peach, don't pull that "OH WE ALREADY HAVE A SIMILAR MOVE" shit), moves centered around 'cheating' like snatching other people's items etc.

As much as I do want him to be a character some day, I think using sports moves would just be lame for him. I like the cheating idea though.
One of the creators of Project M on the Japan Time podcast has made it clear several times he hates Waluigi as a character and thinks anyone who wants him playable is a moron.
I must be the biggest moron around then. I'm so dumb I got him fully working in there mod...wait a second...

You shine on you crazy star. I definitely want to play as Waluigi in Project M, one way or another.
If they were to put in a Mario Sports rep, you really only have the choice of Daisy or Waluigi, and Waluigi is certainly more colourful at the very least.
I still wish they'd do something with Daisy. Surely there's some potential in the Mario and Luigi series for that. Imagine a Mario and Luigi game where you alternate between Mario and Luigi and Peach and Daisy teams.

Which is why it should be added officially to Project M, regardless of what Warchamp7 thinks.

Please no
Daisy is a terrible character

There's literally no reason to put her in since she's just a sassy pallete swap of peach.
It's funny because she's done the exact same things as Waluigi and more
I kinda find it funny how Waluigi hasn´t had any appearance in any Wario game. I mean he could be in those games like Wario Ware as just a side character, but nah lets just ignore him and put him in those sports games.
Also another thing to note is that in Smash Bros 4, Waluigi has the Wario logo, while (again) he never appeared in any of Wario´s games.

I'm saying that something could at least be done instead of just sitting the character on their ass to be dragged out for party games and Mario Kart.
Not that it'd happen, Rosalina has basically taken the slot as second princess and she's got an actual character.
I wish they'd make Daisy not annoying.

Pic of the day. Here's Charizard's new special attack, Flare Blitz. It's a very powerful attack--however, you'll take recoil damage if you make contact. Pretty true to the original game, huh? Flare Blitz is Charizard's side special move, and Rock Smash is the down special move.

And here's Mega Charizard X. This will appear as Charizard's Final Smash.
Oh man, I wonder what Mega Charizard X brings to the table in terms of powering up Charizard.
I hope it's not just a generic buff to damage and speed.
I can see it either working like Yoshi's Final Smash, or Wario's final smash
