Well, as of today, I was able to KO an opponent with Luigi's Shy Kick taunt. I feel all fuzzy and happy inside!

I doubt skins are going to be anything other than variations of itself. Like Mario with Dr. Mario or Sunshine Shades Mario as possibilities. Or as others have said, different suits for Samus and Toon Link in his Outset clothes. It'd be really cool if they did something ambitious, like a Paper Mario skin. Would be a lot of resources on just one skin though and would probably look weird considering PM doesn't do many of the moves normal Mario does. [QUOTE=Sift;44826617]Wait what? Tho the timing is really tricky because if they enter their invincible frames, you're defenseless (same goes with many of Luigi's moves...). It's also seems to be a lot safer to do it on opponents recovering from below so they grab the ledge instead of hitting you. Aww man, it's such a great feeling. I feel like I accomplished something great today!

I love that move.[/QUOTE] Also, was able to pull it off on a jumping opponent and combine it with a Super Fire Punch. But don't do it too often. It's not a viable tactic since it's extremely predictable after the first time. I learned it hard. My friend made me taste the punish. Was bitter but still fun.

Doesn't Luigi's kick cancel nearly any animation and trigger falling state anyway? I remember seeing a video of very high level play in which a Luigi player prevents a Falco player from side-B dashing back onto the stage with the taunt, hitting him at exactly the right moment to cancel the dash before he could grab the ledge and causing him to plummet.

my point was sakurai isn't going to make different characters into costumes because he has a respect for the characters and doesn't want to cheapen them. unless they're ganondorf or he needs to increase the roster size in 6 months.
