Come on guys, this was the first tournament on Smash 4 run by Nintendo. Of course there's going to be bullshit. Nintendo now realizes Smash tournaments are awesome and they will most likely be running more, and will only get better from here.

Sure but it still is really boring to watch and doesn't show much skill. I would be just as mad at someone spamming items if they had them enabled in 1v1 for whatever reason.
It's more of the tournament itself that is the problem than the dude. The tournament was structured so that mediocre players like this dude could win

ZSS and her epic high jumps at the end, wasting about 15 seconds just to make it to Sudden Death.
I got chills from it too man, and cringes.
