Anyone asking about characters is a twit. They're not going to reveal that stuff because they were asked about it, they're going to do it on their own accord.

I mean it's not impossible, but incredibly unlikely given he was [B](STRONGLY)[/B] hinted at being a stage hazard.

I don't remember why I put falco in there, I was using an old list of mine lol, but yeah those four are at least a sure thing. Unless I was remembering wrong about wario. If it's not 100%, I didn't count them.

wario, ness and falcon were confirmed by proxy, their logos have appeared on items in the game although apparently the gematsu leaker said the devs are considering cutting lucas or ness (lucas is more likely to be cut)
