Just what I expected since last year... Looks neat. But I still want to see Ridley, and not a freaking teasing shadow that a mere stage hazard shouldn't be casting.

At first I honestly wasn't happy on hearing Pac-Man was in, but the trailer is making me change my mind. He actually looks rather interesting.

I do want to actually see him though so this last shred of hope can finally die :v:

I'm glad he's in, and with the pacman world design. I still think it would have been better to just be at the end of the invitational though.

I feel like Pac-Man is gonna play like G&W, where a lot of your victory is luck-based.

I just realised by checking the JP version of the smashbros website. [B]Japan gets the 3DS version on September 13th.[/B]

I always knew Pacman could do it. He was in the arcade Mario Kart. And the way they implemented him into the artstyle is just beyond perfection. Can't even stop the hype.

So apparently you throw dots as pacman, and wherever you throw those dots is where your recovery (Up+B) leads you to

I noticed that Pacman is on the Smash website, but Game and Watch isn't. I thought Game and Watch was confirmed?

Although I doubt they'd include G&W in that video unless he was going to be in.

G&W has a new model/look so of course he's in.

I was pretty skeptical on the Pac-Man leak, since I hated his new designs. I'm happy Sakurai made him the way he did.

So from that one leak, is Chrom and the Chrous Men possible?

Was it the fabled "Challenger Approaching!" way?[/QUOTE] ehhh The invitational ends, Reggie says there'll be a 'roundtable' of info, people get all hyped and ready to watch the streams time comes, no stream, turns out it's a no-pictures behind closed doors reveal and meeting kind of thing, blogs and tweets go out about things, along with some gameplay they personally saw and some Q&A. Then the trailer comes out about 20-30 minutes later. Kinda really killed the super momentum they had going.

I find it funny how Nintendo treats Capcom's IPs with more respect then Capcom does.

oh god what if all star mode is based on year so you fight the characters (not franchises, characters) who debuted in 1980 (pacman and game&watch) first and go year by year, the loading screen shows the fighters and their first game/release date info the announcer says the year and your opponent's name ie NINTEEN EIGHTY: PAC MAN AND MR GAME AND WATCH!
