I wanna play the Megaman games, I just don't know where to start :c
http://coolrom.com/roms/nes/1002/Mega_Man_2.php
Don't skip any Megaman games, play them all in order of release. [editline]13th June 2014[/editline] Also, as if Capcom didn't do this enough already, The Protomen give Megaman a bad image.
Megaman 1 was awesome, but Megaman 2 is where it started to get really good.
Megaman 1
Starting at 1 might get you turned off from the series due to Mega Man's momentum in the game. Mega Man 2 is a fan favorite, so I recommend that one. 3 and 6 come to mind too. Because 3 has the slide ability, and 6 is pretty easy and has the Rush Adaptors.
Start off with Battle Network Not because of timeline or anything, but because good game
The Super Smash Bros. Discussion: Where we argue which Megaman game is the best.
The Super Smash Bros. Discussion: Where we argue which Megaman game is the best.
Smash4 is gonna be the best Megaman game
I'm pretty sure that's his neutral special. In regards to the down special, I have my doubts. We probably would've heard something by now if it had changed. Which is a shame, because Sonic's side and down specials in Brawl were so lazy.
Well they did change up his A attacks, so I guess that is a start.
Smash4 is gonna be the best Megaman game
It's certainly the only Mega Man game we're gonna see for a while.
Also, as if Capcom didn't do this enough already, The Protomen give Megaman a bad image.
I understand that Protomen portrays the series in a very very different light, but to give it a bad image? I don't know if I can believe that. I mean its a reimagining of the series, of course it's going to have a different image. But bad? I love the feel of The Protomen, so I can't agree there.
Oh my god, Fox's new voice sounds just like Mandark. Starts at 4:30.

Oh dear. Reverse puberty.
Oh sweet jesus please let that be a placeholder
Oh sweet jesus please let that be a placeholder
it wont be whenever people hope it is its never the case
Nintendo still has a ton they can change. All that player feedback is sure to help. Though hiring a new voice actor is probably out of the question.
Speaking of voices, is Marth still the same japanese voice? I really hope so.
GRE-GR-GR-GR-GR-GRENINJA
It's probably the Japanese voice actor for Fox, I wouldn't worry about it too much
Speaking of voices, is Marth still the same japanese voice? I really hope so.
I don't. Marth speaks Japanese because he was a Japan only character and it added to his flair. Now he's pretty well known and has an English release. Besides, they could get the guy who voiced him in the (English dub!) OVA (that was released in English before any Fire Emblem game!) and blow everyone's minds by bringing back Spike Spencer.
I don´t know, Marth was always that 1 character that speaked japanese, and I liked that.
I don´t know, Marth was always that 1 character that speaked japanese, and I liked that.
It made his taunts all the more hilarious to spam. [editline]14th June 2014[/editline] Personally I can't wait to spam Villager's little dance
which would be perfect for when takamaru gets confirmed [sp]in my dreams[/sp]
So it's been brought to my attention that Fox's side-B no longer leaves him in a helpless freefall state. right around 53 seconds in
All the NES megaman are decent. You can get them from the 3ds eshop. Also don't forget to play the X series, all the way up to at least 5. After that don't even bother.
Aw come on, personal bias aside the Zero series is worth a playthrough. (The MMZ Collection for the DS has the better versions; improved music, and a mode where you can play through all four in succession with some changes so it's easier in case you find the normal games too hard, which are also in as their individual, unchanged forms.) I don't blame anyone for not playing the ZX series, while I liked them a lot, many others didn't and I can see why because it didn't really hold up to the Zero series before it very well. Also the Battle Network series is decent, but it has it's flops in the series. Some argue that BN6 is the best. It's a series more for strategic types. As for the X games after 5, 6 had great music, the story was kind of strange.. But I see no reason not to play it. X7 can go blow a chode though. X8 is interesting and worth a play. Command Mission is an RPG instead of a side scroller, again for the more strategic types, though it's mechanics aren't nearly as deep as some other JPRG type games. Also worth a play.

Its like they got his voice actor from the Star Fox Assault E3 trailer Chase your opponents using the Arwing or Landmastah!!

Afterwards they introduced axl and well...that was that really.
