Axl wasn't too bad... Sure his voice and antics were annoying but his playstyle made up for it for me. Oh well
No shit :v: I mean more where to get it, what version's best, what console, what other games in the series should I play, which should I avoid etc.
basically get them on any console they're all the same version just play the ones you get access to there's no order to follow they hardcore platformers with barely any plot I don't get how you don't know "where to start" there's no start you just pick one and play then pick another one and play too
Today I'm gonna be going to the same Best Buy I went to on Wwdnesday with the same friend. Only this time, we're gonna arrive there much more earlier, so that way we can get in line much faster. Hopefully now I can get my thoughts of Smash Wii U out to you guys.
Smash Run looks like a lot of fun I wonder how many enemies they'll throw in? I've already seen like 30/40 and whenever I see a new gameplay video the number just keeps climbing
What fighting style would a Heather Mii use most appropriately?
What fighting style would a Heather Mii use most appropriately?
If you mean the girl you have as an avatar, then I think gunner. Not too sure tho.
Anyone know if Olimar is gonna use the regular pikmin from 2 or use the new ones from 3.
Anyone know if Olimar is gonna use the regular pikmin from 2 or use the new ones from 3.
He uses all 5 of the original ones, and his new recovery uses the new pink ones.
If you mean the girl you have as an avatar, then I think gunner. Not too sure tho.
I was thinking that, but that's more of a pew-pew laser beam thing than a lead-shooting thingy. Close enough though. Not sure if there's an actual sword in Silent Hill 3...
Anyone know if Olimar is gonna use the regular pikmin from 2 or use the new ones from 3.
Red, Yellow, Blue, White, Purple are his pluckable Pikmin, Winged Pikmin are his Up B. Although through customization (and what can you really change about Olimar's main three moves), he could potentially get Rock Pikmin as an alternate for Purples. More health, slightly less damage?
I've been in line for a while now, it's 10am, Best Buy isn't open yet. Best Buy open up pls
Smash4 is gonna be the best Megaman game
Smash 4 is gonna be the Pac-Man World remake that I always wanted. [editline]14th June 2014[/editline]
Video
Did Fox always have the ability to throw bombs or it was just an item?
So it's been brought to my attention that Fox's side-B no longer leaves him in a helpless freefall state. -video- right around 53 seconds in
Excellent. I always hated accidentally going an inch too far over the edge and hopelessly plummeting to my death. Also, we're currently on the best page number.
I hope Palutena is not the only character to get unique moves trought customization.
I hope Palutena is not the only character to get unique moves trought customization.
She's not. Pretty sure Mario and Kirby got confirmed to have this as well, so expect all the other characters to have customizable movesets too.
I was thinking that, but that's more of a pew-pew laser beam thing than a lead-shooting thingy. Close enough though.
Pretty sure you're able to customise a Mii's weaponry too, so you could give them something like this:
That's also part of the equipment you can add to characters. Mii are the only ones where equipment will affect their appearance. That might be a cowboy themed set and probably one of many, many more. As for custom moves, we already know two types of characters: Those who have variants only (Mario) and those who have unique moves (Palutena, Miis). I might add another type that is a mix of the two. Some moves can be variants and others completely different. October cannot come faster!
I like how the Miis are just all :|
I wonder how yoshi's custom moves work. Especially neutral b. I mean, what could they possibly change about that?
I wonder how yoshi's custom moves work. Especially neutral b. I mean, what could they possibly change about that?
Thinking that they might change the reach of it, the speed and/or the effect afterwards. He could hold the fighter in his mouth and spew it out with a fire effect (similar to red koopa shells in Super Mario World) or instead of creating an egg, he throws it in a similar fashion to Yoshi's Island, depending on how you hold the stick (like Snake's grenades).
It isn't the first time they were in a fight.
I loved playing that. It's super fun.
It isn't the first time they were in a fight.
Speaking of which, it would be cool if those specific swords were available as an alt weapon equipment.
She's not. Pretty sure Mario and Kirby got confirmed to have this as well, so expect all the other characters to have customizable movesets too.
He meant unique as how Palutena has 12 seperate special moves, and Mario has 4 with 8 variations on those moves. Although, Kirby has Ice Breath as one of his customizations which appears to remove his copy ability, so I would think other characters (the Links, Mega Man) would get unique custom moves as well.
It'd be nice if Kirby's Ice Breath ability gave him the Ice Kirby hat You know maybe there could be options to give Kirby any of his copy abilities all the time, that'd be pretty fantastic Falcon Punch all the time
I'm just sad that custom move sets won't be used in tourneys. I'm sure everyone would love 'em, but it's too much of a logistical nightmare for the operators. It's gonna be hella fun with friends doe
It'd be nice if Kirby's Ice Breath ability gave him the Ice Kirby hat You know maybe there could be options to give Kirby any of his copy abilities all the time, that'd be pretty fantastic Falcon Punch all the time
From what I can tell, neutral B will not have multiple options, only the directional specials
Anyone here played this at the best buy demos? What's the general opinion? Is it as fast as melee or is it floaty like brawl? Is there enough hitstun on attacks to set up combos? Also was the 3ds version available to play? Did anyone get the chance to see what that looks like in person? [editline]14th June 2014[/editline]
From what I can tell, neutral B will not have multiple options, only the directional specials
Marios fireball is his neutral special and has been shown with 3 variants. Also worth noting is that custom specials have only been shown in the wii u version but I assume miis and palutena will retain their options even on that version. I wonder what olimars custom neutral specials will be? A different set order of pikmin?
Both games are identical when it comes to the fighters and the options around them. Only stages and modes differ. So anything fighter/fighting related works in both versions. And adventure mode looks pretty slick, with multiple branching paths.
