I'll buy it and have ROB holding himself on my shelf [t]http://i.imgur.com/NJ6XQCl.jpg[/t]
Reminds me of those ROB threads on /v/.
I want a Megaman Amiibo, so I can pretend I'm Lan. JACK IN, MEGAMAN, EXECUTE.
I want a Megaman Amiibo, so I can pretend I'm Lan. JACK IN, MEGAMAN, EXECUTE.
ahh, the endless jack in jokes
I want a Megaman Amiibo, so I can pretend he's not a dead franchise.
Fixed.
Just wait until Nintendo buys 50% of Capcom, then we´ll see what is a dead franchise.
Fixed.
Cause y'know, it's always so much fun to rub things in people's faces, especially when they don't deserve it in the slightest!
Cause y'know, it's always so much fun to rub things in people's faces, especially when they don't deserve it in the slightest!
it's called a joke. making jokes about megaman being a dead franchise is nothing new. did a megaman joke kill your entire family or something?
Fixed.
You could stand to be a little less consistently obnoxious in the Nintendo threads, you know.
making jokes about megaman being a dead franchise is nothing new.
You knew it's an overdone joke, but you went for it anyways. Come on man.
Dunno if this is the place to talk about it, but Project M revealed a new mode- All Star Versus. Basically, you choose a bunch of characters, and each time you lose a stock you change to a new character. Pretty cool stuff. New costumes too, one of which being a Gi for Lucario, not Goku colored unfortunately.

I can dig it.
aren't jokes supposed to be funny though?
jokes are intended to incite amusement and laughter, whether they do so or not depends on the quality of the joke, the people being told the joke etc. a joke that isn't funny is still a joke, much like how a car that does't drive is still a car, just a really bad car that doesn't serve it's purpose very well

Also this PM update gives some more credibility to this PM leak
Vid
Somehow I saw 'disco Lucario' out of that rather than 'fighting gi Lucario'.
And oh my god does it feel good to play project m on dolphin in glorious 1080p with AA and scaled EFB with this thing.
I never thought Smash Bros would be a game I really want to play on PC. [editline]27th June 2014[/editline] I have two questions about Dolphin itself, Can Dolphin run Wii games straight from disc like PCSX 1&2? Are the requirements on https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/ recommended, or minimum? The requirements at http://www.dolphin-emulator.com/system-requirements.html seems like it would run on my toaster of a PC.
Windows XP or higher, or Linux, or MacOSX Intel. Fast CPU with SSE2. GPU with Pixel Shader 2.0 or greater. Some integrated graphics chips work but it depends on the model (and only with DirectX 9).

So... Knockles confirmed for fighter?
I'd say unless their plans changed it's likely.
Okay after doing research I have concluded the Dolphin emulator runs on magic because there are videos of people playing Brawl on computers with literally same specs as me, and I can't run shit.
That might be because older versions of the Emulator were less "accurate" but still functional and in fixing "inaccuracies" you need more power to run it.... or it might be different configs.... or the specs aren't as close to yours as you think. I think CPU core speed is still the most important spec. (Though can be bottlenecked if lacking in other areas.)

Before the motherboard stopped accepting my 9600GT it ran games well enough to be playable. It wasn't maxed out, but the config settings provided runs Brawl about as well as the Wii did.
Annnd I seemingly misread that completely, thought you were complaining that it's not working well for you but it's actually praise(...?)
If I'm gonna be playing Brawl/Project M online these days, I probably should look for my wired PS3 controller.
Vid
Man, I wish my copy of Brawl wasn't broken... :|
If you ask me, once you add new characters that weren't in Brawl or Melee, you're starting to move away from the whole "Project M" thing and back into just "modded Brawl" territory. With all this new stuff, I think the PM team should stop trying to avoid giving Brawl credit and just admit they're making Brawl mods instead of trying to frame it all as some separate full game when it's not.
I vote they continue on with both, regulating Project M to their usual standards, and putting new characters and mechanics in a separately developed and maintained addon (for those who want it) which is optional, but no less official. "M+" maybe?
Well, speaking of '+', they could resurrect the Brawl+ name from the old mod that eventually turned into Project M. Except now Brawl+ would actually be an accurate name as it would now mean "Brawl with extra stuff" instead of "Brawl but like Melee." Now we have Project M for "Brawl but like Melee."
Wait, Brawl+ became Project M? It really has been forever since I had a Wii.
