Maybe at the end of the announcement we'll get the Wii U release date? Then it'd make sense as to why it has it's own livestream event thing going on.

The "leak" makes me think Wario might be viable. Alternatively, this is a lot of fuss, so I doubt it's just Wario. Same thing if it was a Fire Emblem character. praying hardcore for someone not mentioned in the Gematsu leak. Half because I just want to believe that those three aren't the only newcomers we're getting, half because I have literally less than no interest in any of the remaining characters from the leak (never played a Fire Emblem game in my life, don't even know what the fuck Xenoblade is, and lol chorus kids). But seeing as he's mentioned that they're reaching the end of the videos they've produced, just based off numbers and guessing, sounds like I'm out of luck.

My guess is, the new reveal is going to be either Wario, Chibi Robo, Ristar (or some other sega character) or (for some reason this crossed my mind) spy vs spy. Some of my suggestions are pretty far off, although I reckon Wario or Chibi Robo could be very likely. Sorry if any of these sound silly, a raccoon can dream.

To me, "nearing the bottom of the stash", taking into account the Japanese release date, sounds like this is the second last reveal, leaving us with 11 newcomers announced before release. Depending on how you count ZSS and Pokemon Trainer, that's either as many as or less than Brawl had. Then after that, there'll be at least a few newcomers left unrevealed when the game comes out. At this point, I'd be incredibly surprised if Chrom, Shulk and the Chorus Men were the only newcomers left (assuming Gematsu leak is true).

As long as it's not Chrom, i'll be happy with anything else. Do we really need a third blue haired swordman anyway? On the other hand, Sakurai as done it in Brawl with the Landmaster trio, so i wouldn't be surprised.
