To be fair while landmasters are all the same, the sword characters are quite diverse. As said before where Ike fights by putting a lot of power into his swings, Marth focuses on quick slashes.
And if Chrom were in i'm sure he'd be an odd combination, as Falchion, while quick, is a rather large sword. Additionally Chrom incorporates a lot of movement such as dashes and jumps into his fighting style, as well as dodging and parrying rather than blocking. (In cutscenes and the like)compared to Ike Chroms a fucking acrobat. I'm sure if he was in then they would be able to make him unique.
And in the future he taught [sp]Lucina[/sp] some kind of screw attack but with a sword.
Man, seeing D1 and Prog interacting before/after each match makes me really sad that Prog is retiring from commentary after this tournament. :(

They actually CAN do it. It would more likely play via shooting blobs of darkness than actual swordfighting, confusing the hell out of the devs, and be horribly centralicing, yet fun as hell to play.
