All the talk of Metroid on the last page made me track down the Metroid Prime Trilogy. A local Gamestop has a preowned copy. Asked them to hold it and am picking it up later. Why preowned? Because I do not have $200 to spend on a mint condition package on amazon. Besides there is some pleasure in knowing some poor soul(s) gave up their copy and I'm taking advantage of their foolishness :v:

Only reason I didn't buy the trilogy when it was still new was because I already own all of the prime games, and yet I'm still regretting it now.

I got mine off eBay as a buy-it-now thing after losing an auctioned one. I'd previously owned all the Prime games at differing points as an attempt to overcome my scaredy-cat behaviour about first-person games. Also, Fire Emblem is a great series. I have no idea why it took Nintendo so long to think about bring it westward. Maybe it didn't seem worth the translation costs?

Ended up being 40$ in the end with my (free) PowerUp membership and a 5$ promotional coupon I got by downloading, then promptly deleting, some random Kongregate game. It's really a great buy, I've pretty much been playing the first Prime non-stop since I got off work.

I played Super Metroid earlier since I've never played it before outside of that little demo in Brawl God damn I was missing out it's fun as fuck.
