It's somewhat strange he hasn't been the main villain/final boss in any of the games. The closest was Super.

Is Game & Watch still playable, because even though he was in the pac-man trailer, there's no profile page on the smash site.

Zero Suit Samus has a bloody death glare when losing. Well, she kind of has a death glare all the time, but still.

Because there is usually no mission focused on fighting him. Enforcer who moves around, not static objective. He came to Zebes after Mother Brain noticed Samus and Kraid was defeated, mostly spending his (alive) time doing pirate work. Just like the pirates attacked the Federation HQ in Corruption rather than tracking Samus down. And it came closer in Prime; as he was the highest ranking Pirate in Tallon, while the Metroid Prime was a separate, yet related threat.

if they went to the effort to show him i think he will be fine been in last 2 games and big part of Nintendo's history as well as having one of the most creative movesets

There is no way he isn't going to be a fighter at this stage though. He's been in Smash Bros since Melee and they put him in the Pacman trailer with an updated model.

I've started to dislike weekends because it means we don't get any pics. I'm not going to have the strength to pull myself out of bed once the games come out and I have no updates to look at in the morning. (Aside from playing the actual game, of course, but once I go back to school that won't always be an option.) Edit: Was there a comic about Samus and Kirby a bit earlier on the page, or am I going crazy?
