As for the Puff-Kirby point, in the original Smash, their Down Aerial and Dash Attack were the same, for example.

I don't even understand the logic of Jigglypuff being in any of them. She isn't a major Pokemon or generation representative or anything. She was just a running gag in the first couple seasons of the TV show, and that's it? Don't get me wrong, I love Jigglypuff as a fighter, She's hella fun to whoop ass with. But she's no Mewtwo or Pokemon Trainer in terms of the game series' importance.

Plus anna is only playable in 1 game.

Plus they will most likely follow the tradition of putting in the Lord of the most recent/time relevant Fire Emblem game, just as Ike was the Lord around Brawl's release, and Roy before that. By that logic, Chrom is a sure get in. Arena Ferox from Fire Emblem Awakening is a stage, even.
