The Lotus specifically refers to her as a hollow Warframe, IE a Warframe with no Tenno to control it. Remember that in Rhino Prime's lore, it deals with a Rhino Warframe that is just rampaging around out of control, it has no Tenno to control it, so the technocyte that comprises it just does what the infested do.

It pretty much implies that at least SOME of the original Tenno were children and/or younger folks who got either forcibly (by the orokin military's secret R&D stuff) or accidentally exposed to the Void.
The woman being interviewed obviously tried to comfort a juvenile Ember Prime onboard the Zariman and got herself burned horribly in the process.

He's basically Bastille or Vortex guy. Then in some cases you can build a successful Tesla Link build for certain mission types. Pretty much modded for a single ability with no synergies.
I love Vauban and it really needs some synergies to make his kit more rewarding and pleasing to mod.

What's in the update anyway? I mean beside the Saryn rework.
