A bit off topic, but does anyone know why my video's quality got hammered so bad after uploading it on Youtube?

No matter at what bitrate I set, which quality I select, it'll end up looking blurry/blocky on Youtube. Some of the bigger channels doesn't seem to be getting this at all. (STAR_ or Jerma)

The issue may lay down on the file size.
YouTube chops quality sometimes when video is too big.
Another reason for that could be *this may sounds stupid* lack of Partnership
... or its not 1080p 60fps.
