DE makes frame -> frame sent over to china build -> WF china people mess up or what ever and leak the goods.
And the exclusivity is just that: exclusivity. Apparently it will help the game in china.
I doubt the frame was made in china. Same with umbras as well.
i'm pretty sure umbra is coming in U18, they wanna show a (darker side to the tenno?) And they've described the umbra excalibur as a darker verison of excal corrupted by void energies..

Where is the source on that? I'm just curious and wonder if DE will "upgrade" the stuff made by the Chinese.
It was in a thread on the Warframe forums back when it was first leaked about the Chinese Prime Access, people posted screenshots from that thread here. Didn't keep links to them because it wasn't really pertinent at the time.
PSA: Misa Syandana was previously only available in the $140 Ember Prime Access under the assumption that it was exclusive to that package and going away forever when it ended, and now you can get it for $60.

I'm pretty sure the only things that have ever been 100% confirmed to never return ever are Excalibur Prime and his Lato and Skana. Prime Access stuff has always been exclusive to prime access, as in you can only get the stuff through those packages, but they've never once said prime access stuff will never return. Hell, they even gave away "one current or past Prime Access pack" as a reward on either a dev stream or prime time a while back.
I for one am happy about it. I never did manage to get a Reaper and the Misa was available before my time.

All of the Nikana stances are good, and each serves their own purpose. Decisive isn't used a lot, but it's just as good as Tranquil Cleave.
