All the unique skins are permanent nowadays.

His component blueprints are the alert parts- you can buy the final BP from the market like any non-quest frame, so you're not lucky, sadly.
I thought RNGesus had blessed my account, but I was mistaken. Maybe he will offer other blessings upon me soon enough...

The interior has been expanded, it now extends back about half again its previous length. You can tell easily by looking at the Incubator module on the left.
Plus what looks like another room behind the arsenal module.

With all this focus on Stalker, I wonder if we'll finally get his helmet for Excal. I'm pretty sure they use the same body and it'd be a neat option to have, especially if the new quest involves him in any significant capacity.

Nah, you just straight up unlock Stalker. Whenever you join games, you have permanent friendly fire on and just murder your team to complete the mission for random prime parts.
That'd be fun.
Stalker is actually a fully powered Umbra Excalibur, calling it now.
