Taking a weapon like Boltor Prime to compare against another weapon is a losing game no matter what. Either you're not matching up to one of the absolute best weapons in the game, which is most likely under almost all circumstances. The other, far less likely, possibility is that it beats Boltor Prime in which case now it becomes pretty much the best weapon in the game and everything has to be compared to it.
Here's a better question? How well does it, alone, perform?
I already specified in my sentence that it's not good on its own. The Boltor was just a side comparison.

The base Tetra is equivalent to the standard Boltor in DPS (just over 200). The Prisma is ~250.
They standard is basically a derivative of the Dera rifle; bigger mag with a faster reload but with worse fire rate.
They have no polarity slots, however, which really limits their effectiveness until you forma it. Even then, it's a pretty mediocre weapon.

Is the Vectis Prime worth getting over the regular Vectis? I'm mainly wondering because idk if the 2 round mag has that big of an increase in dps over regular vectos + Charged Chamber.
What's a recommended build for Equinox, Vectis Prime, and Nova? I've had Nova for a while, but I'm currently crafting her Prime and I still don't know a good build for her.
Are any of the new Nightmare Mods worth a crap, or are they shitty?

Stealth frame, just run around scanning every enemy.
If the enemies are idle, you receive double the XP, reputation, and scans from targets. You'll get around 160 reputation from the basic Grineer Lancer.

Well, I think Tetra is still the coolest Corpus weapon. That magazine and it's pleasant to use. I'm looking to forma the Prisma Tetra about 6 times or so to maximize it and see how it handles. Would have love to have a Syndicate version of the Tetra though with that awesome aura effect and even better stats.

That's the Sigil alright, looks good under certain conditions only, apart from that, it's meh.
The Mug is 500ml, so a decent Weißen Bier fits just about foamy right.
