Today's Sortie is ridiculous
Welp... [sp]Just finished the quest earlier today and I'm still at a loss of words to be honest. Like, I'm not angry or anything it's just that I wasn't ready for this big of a plot-twist. So much happened as well and I have so many questions. Like, why are they still kids after all these decades? Why does Lotus have a nice ass? When did they say that Corpus were the Orokin? (I think I missed a dialogue or two...) What does all these Tenno School things do? Where will Warframe go from here? Help.[/sp]
[sp]Void exposure probably halted physical development, also those pods they were chilling in were probably cryo pods Hunhow calls Alad V Orokin because the Orokin were the human empire so he sees a human and just calls it Orokin[/sp]
Welp... [sp]When did they say that Corpus were the Orokin? (I think I missed a dialogue or two...)[/sp]
I think it's implied when [sp]Alad V is referred to as an Orokin by Hunhow, right before possibly killing him.[/sp]

I'd imagine that either some kind of similar preservation was applied to the Tenno to ensure they could continue to fight, or void space magic kept them in stasis. Ass: Because space MILF fuck you Corpus: The implication from Simaris lore fragments is that the Corpus are what the remnants of the Orokin became after everything went to shit. Tenno Schools: They give your space teen magic powers when you deploy them in missions. Lore wise they seem to be martial arts for people with space magic; philosophy and technique combined to benefit a particular combat style and mentality. Where will Warframe go from here: Well, we're 1000 year old teenagers piloting miniature EVA's in the name of justice and protecting the innocent; the only place to go from here is to get even more anime. I expect a slice of life space high school quest soon.[/sp]
[sp]Like, why are they still kids after all these decades?[/sp]
[sp]The power they inherit might slower againg plus they are inside pods that have preserved them through years, also when it come to age of anything on Warframe it is quite tricky, I mean Darvo is over hundreads years old but he doesn't look anything like that.[/sp]

Considering that Tenshin has apparently been around since the fall of the Orokin we can guess that Immortality may play a part, either that or those were cryo-pods we found ourselves in. 2. Because Freud was right when it comes to mothers-figures 3. I assume they are descended from the Orokin who escaped the war? 4. Magic Power shit (Hit 5) 5. Ever seen Neon Genesis Evangelion? [/sp] Edit: Epic Quintuple Ninja COMBO!!!
Thanks guys. [editline]6th December 2015[/editline] Wait, does that mean I'm a weeb now that Warframe is going all anime?
No because Warframe is about as anime as Mortal Kombat is.
So, anime as fuck then
Have none of you considered that people don't exactly age normally when frozen in a cryopod for years and years? Even just being in stasis while sleeping is going to grant you some more years of lifetime.
Have none of you considered that people don't exactly age normally when frozen in a cryopod for years and years? Even just being in stasis while sleeping is going to grant you some more years of lifetime.
I don't really consider cryostasis an important detail when these kids can control robots with their dreams (while awake mind you) and have ultrapsychic powers like astral projection and medusa lasers. [editline]6th December 2015[/editline] how they're biologically immortal is the least of my lore concerns.
I have literally zero issues with Sortie, only if it couldn't give same reward twice and would remember your previous rewards
Have none of you considered that people don't exactly age normally when frozen in a cryopod for years and years? Even just being in stasis while sleeping is going to grant you some more years of lifetime.
Supposedly Teshin never entered a cryopod but was around during the Orokin era. So if the Orokin/Tenno/etc are immortal/incredibly long lived, why even use cyropods then, since they seem pretty redundant?
sorties are shit atm, they seriously need to have the rewards not drop twice i have 3 dera vandal bps and a karak wraith bp
It highlights your reward after a run, you'd imagine it'd stay highlighted throughout the entire round or w/e.
Why not do it kind of like how Dota 2's treasures work? You have two "pools" to the reward system. The first "pool", you'll gain 1 item from the list every time, with no repeats until you have every item from the pool. The second pool is rare bonus rewards that you have a chance of getting every time. Bonus rewards can repeat, but since they're bonuses, you're not insured one. Core rewards that wouldn't repeat until fleshed out could be:
Orokin Reactor Blueprint Orokin Catalyst Blueprint Dera Vandal Blueprint Dera Vandal Barrel Dera Vandal Receiver Dera Vandal Stock Karak Wraith Blueprint Karak Wraith Barrel Karak Wraith Receiver Karak Wraith Stock Exilus Adapter
Uncommon (1:50/75/100?) bonus rewards could be:
25x Fusion Core Madurai Lens Vazarin Lens Zenurik Lens Naramon Lens Unairu Lens 50x Fusion Core
I'm not sure if I'd want the lenses in the bonus pools or in the core pool. Core pool means you'll get at least one lens after the 12th mission. Maybe a common reward pool? I dunno. This is just ideas. Rare (1:250?) bonus rewards could be:
Legendary Core Greater Madurai Lens Blueprint Greater Vazarin Lens Blueprint
If you get happen to roll for both bonus rewards, it would simply take the higher of the two rather than giving both.
I think it's implied when [sp]Alad V is referred to as an Orokin by Hunhow, right before possibly killing him.[/sp]
[sp]Alad has been on the entire Origin system's shitlist since he was introduced. The Tenno tried to kill him twice and failed. I don't think Hunhow could've done a better job. We'll see that smug bastard again, mark my words.[/sp]
Seems only new weapons have charge attacks, which is bullshit. I want Jat Kittag charge attack back.
Update on this, Dark Dagger has a charge attack now! The last weapon I'd expect DE to care about, it doesn't even have a stance that matches its polarity ever since Melee 2.0, but here it is :v:
I'm loving these drop tables. 1900 point run on Hieracon: [t]https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/8512731/Warframe/rewinfeexc.jpg[/t] Only one Power Throw and the rest were cores and credits caches. Tower 4 keys, oh yeah.
[sp]We owe him a favor, aka we destory some sentient thing to save his butt in future event/mission[/sp]
[sp]Speaking of Salad V, I like how written he is. While a no doubt enemy to the Tenno, he does recognize the debt he has towards them for saving him, the guy doesn't even double cross you at some point, which I expected to happen for sure. Now, just to be clear, I am aware that the bad guys in Warframe probably will never have a change of heart, I do however appreciate the fact that they can overcome the quirky cartoon villain persona, and for the sake of reason actually work with Tenno(like Ruk). I hope we can see some more cooperation between the factions once the Sentients hit full force. I want to bro it up with papa Vor by blasting my way through enemies[/sp] Just my 2 cents.

so ivara's agile + chroma's noble is something special [editline]6th December 2015[/editline] UPDATE:
seems like the dera vandal isn't half bad stats wise? shame you can't switch vandal and wraith guns to the default skin, it's really limiting for fashion-frame
seems like the dera vandal isn't half bad stats wise? shame you can't switch vandal and wraith guns to the default skin, it's really limiting for fashion-frame
You just gotta buy a skin and use it over the Vandal/wraith. [editline]7th December 2015[/editline] Like for example I am on quest for getting conclave skin for Strun Wraith.
So I was playing Frame Wars with my brother and his arm broke [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/389922904399079129/A3A360A15593AC53B0FB7B25475852698AA3B2F7/[/t] "gee, i better check the time"
just endured a survival with an ev trin that did not provide any energy i am triggered. might go complain about it on the wf fourms seeing as thats what every triggered idiot in this game does

If you can't kill shit while literally invincible I don't know how having infinite energy would've saved you.
Is that water or fog in the dueling room?
