Is the best way to gain focus points Ceres, just like any other affinity related farm?
Is there any specific node on Uranus that's good for getting an Oculyst to spawn to start Natah?
My recommendation is just running the Exterminates since you can usually go through them pretty quickly (minus underwater sections)

It depends on what you put your lens on.
Since I put a lens on my galatine (galatine for lyfe!) one of my preferred methods is to go to albedo (ceres) as loki, and just run large circles around the giant chamber the objective computer is in getting stealth kill multipliers.
If you have a nuke frame, or something like excal, then draco would probably be preferred.
I've had decent luck on my volt on triton (1 and 4 spam, burston for burstin' those null bubbles), netting like 7K focus at 1400 cryotic, though since it's no longer good for cores I probably won't do that as often.
It's important to note that only affinity gained from things YOU kill go towards your focus points. So if you put your lens on a trinity, you best like doing extremely high level cryotic numbers with a mirage so that you can 1 > 2 kill extremely high level and thus high affinity enemies, otherwise you're pretty shit out of luck, for the most part.

Oh, thanks for the info. I put mine on my Oberon as I didn't know what it actually was for and I didn't know it could be put on weapons, so I suppose I'll stick to Draco since I just hit 4 to kill the whole map there.

The underwater Archwing is the real shit. Trying to avoid the Uranus as much as I can, but the quests lately have all been tied to that place.
I wouldn't mind the open space Archwing that much if it was well mixed with the normal missions. It's just that I have no reason to play the Archwing missions.
