My friend keeps insisting that War and Broken-War when crafted already have a potato in them, I tell him that this only applies to REWARDS that you collect from your inbox - not crafted items. Can anyone confirm this?
So broken-war when rewarded to you will be with a potato, but not when you craft it from the BP stalker drops if you've converted your broken-war into regular war.
I even told him about how Imperator Vandal when crafted has nothing attached to it, but if rewarded from event it does. I explain there is no system for carrying over potatoes or formas in weapons that are being crafted, that every weapon ever in Warframe to my knowledge will not keep their potato if you turn them into something else like Boltor into Boltace.
I crafted War from the reward Broken War and no tater.

Yes, was, Vaykor one got buffed so it is better than normal hek now.
I ended up preferring the Tigris when playing Nova; modded for a 4 shot magazine and binding the mouse wheel to fire you can dump a massive amount of damage into an antimatter drop in a single burst. Usually one burst is enough to deal with a whole crowd of level 100 enemies.

It depends. The main advantage the normal Hek has over the Vaykor is that it can put on the augment mod, so it has more pellets. But if you use a crit build on the Vaykor it ends up with high DPS, so overall they're pretty much the same, though Vaykor isn't as good if you don't build crit on it.

I really hate how Mag currently plays. In Corpus missions it's the "click one button to kill everything" and in other missions it's just plain useless.
Such a terrible frame at the moment.

She's alright in Void missions because of the shielded units, but even then for the higher ones like T4's I would rather have a different damage frame. I really hope they buff her other abilities soon.
She needs a complete rework for all of her skills. That includes Shield Polarize as well, as it's ridiculously strong and braindead to use.

I would love it if they made her more utility oriented, but atm it seems as though DE doesn't have any interest in making Mag any good. The last buff they gave her was +25 health to her prime form, otherwise it's just been nerfs.

This Sortie RnG can go get fucked, they should make it where if you get something the first time (Excluding lenses), you have less chance to get it next time.

Just not let the weapon components you already have to drop for you again.
Was there any sane reason NOT to do that? To encourage trading? Which in turn can net them a few plat sales from the few desperate players?
DE should really start thinking what's best for the player, and not what's best for their wallet

I got 2 vazarin lens in a row and it took forever to find people wanting to buy them, but in the end I got 60 plat so whatever.
had a cool idea for an archwing inspired by shmups/bullet hell games
1st ability deploys orbiting satellites, rank 0 = 1 satellite, rank 3 = 4 satellites. they autofire non-hitscan lasers with comparable accuracy and fire rate to supra with no spinup time. damage/health also increases based on rank/mods. duration too.
2nd ability drops a mine that increases in damage and range (both explosive and trigger range) based on rank/mods. duration is static across ranks but not mods meaning if corrupted archwing mods ever become a thing, you can lower duration if you want it to detonate without waiting for a trigger.
3rd ability locks you into afterburner and gives you a % chance of damage ignore (i.e. 'missed' shots), enemies hit by your movement take decent but not high damage and bumping into walls doesn't result in self damage or hitstun instead bouncing you off with no speed loss. duration and damage ignore % based off rank/mods.
4th ability is literally just [URL="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=si8s5FV4-kc"]bangai-o[/URL]. if you're not familiar with the mechanics of the missile explosions in that, it's however close the enemy fire is to you the more missiles are immediately fired in every direction. bullet 1cm from your face? 100 missiles. 30 bullets all 1cm from your face? 3000 missiles.
