The skins are locked behind Typhoon rank and you can get other things than just PvP mods from conclave like the skins for example, some augments, exilus bp and whole frames even now.

Sadly most of the skins are old weapons that aren't very viable in PvE.
Gonna pick up the Strun skin for my Strun Wraith, however. Still one more rank to go to reach Typhoon.

Are they really that rare? Because I always got them at least once each week. Maybe it's because I've never spent a cent in this game. Honestly I'd preffer to get some credits over some discounts I'll never use.
High level Sappers are fucking dumb, plus combine that with Nullifier spam. :suicide:
Sliding into the nullifier bubbles does the trick always, I mean sliding or doing acrobatics forces enemy accuracy to become terrible for a while.

I finally did the quest, because fashionably late is my thing. When it was done, coming out of the Orbiter into the familiar Liset, hearing the music cut out and Ordis begin yelling felt like walking from one game into an entirely different one. It was like a bucket of cold water in the face, or opening a door in Mass Effect 1 and finding yourself in Garry's Mod.
