You had no problems with 12-3? Fuck... dude. I spent two days trying to get that rare ceres extraction tile to spawn. I saw the one with 13-2 and 13-3 like a dozen times while trying to find 12.3.
Then I just learned last night, that extraction tile is always used in the rescue Darvo mission that's a part of Vor's Prize. Had to find someone with a fresh account to taxi me to it, which was probably a weird experience for him.

That one gave us some trouble.
But DesuEx and I must have did like 40+ runes with no luck on spawning 13-2 and 3.
I only found it after we gave up on a Hijack Tileset after about 6 more attempts.
