Slash proc builds are especially great if you're farming with a Nekros, because they tend to rip enemies to pieces when they die and then each piece counts as a separate corpse that can be desecrated for some reason.

I heard a generally good build is Corrosive and Heat, since it murderlizes anything that's not Corpus.
That and just damage, damage, damage and reload speed.

After screwing around in simulator, I settled for a 4-shot Tigris build. One burst by an all-damage build is not enough to down a level 65 corrupted gunner, but 2 bursts do the trick even despite you missing Sweeping Serration.

How come no one ever uses Oberon? He's fucking tons of fun to play and has a really awesome kit. His 1 is like small Chaos with 100% puncture proc as an added bonus, 2 is great for dispelling statuses + armor + small AoE damage, 3 is lovely for healing if you really need it + extra time while down, 4 is just a really spammable Chaos that actually does damage + blind + the awesome augment.
Seriously Oberon is way underused for what he has to offer. I'm gonna Forma him again as soon as I get him back to level 30.

I use limbo when I have to run low level missions for some reason. Max damage, efficiency and range, minimum duration (not that it matters anymore, since you can toggle his ult) and you can just murder entire tiles with cataclysm.
I use Oberon ALL the time, I colored him to look like a plant. He's my main.

Oberon is all kinds of fun, I just kind of dropped him after I got Zephyr. He's fantastic for mid level stuff, but damage scaling seems to hit him pretty hard, in my experience

Several reasons. 3 of his 4 abilities are damage-oriented, and ability damage falls off HARD lategame unless you're Mesa/Excal. His heal is nice but Blessing is infinitely better, and again, lategame you want to be avoiding damage, not taking it. Basically everything he does someone else does better, he's definitely in need of a buff/rework.
