The Hek should have an upgraded version as a reward for beating up earth hek. Blueprint and three parts, plus the original Hek, as construction cost.

I want moooore Syndicate weapon mods. It's been like a year since they were introduced and no new ones has been released. Hell, all the weapons deserve a Syndicate mod.
