Volt is best for his speed, since the damage from his 1st and 4th abilities scales very poorly in late-game. (Volt Prime is a must-have if you want to main him.)
An augment mod I've seen a lot of Volt (mainly his Prime version) users equipping is Shocking Speed, which does electrical stun procs to enemies you come in close contact with while running around under Speed's speed boost. As for weapons, high-damage weapons like the Hek or Tigris work well, as do crit-based, high-fire-rate guns like the Soma Prime and Dual Grakata.

It was my 7th was it non Chesa kubrow in row until Desu came in to break the curse of RNG so the name just came naturally, also the lotus "decal" thing is brownish.

Are you forgetting about his Energy Shield? It lasts for a good time, provides a damage bonus which STACKS with the amount of shields. Also you can shoot through the shield from any direction, and it will stop all enemy fire.
And using his 1 for damage? What? Shock is a wonderful skill because of its ability to stun a large mass of enemies with 100% success. And you can cast it while doing anything, cast it while shooting, cast it while running, cast it while reloading etc. And it even deals a nice chunk of damage per cast against Corpus/Infested enemies. Not to mention that it's really cheap to cast and very spammable.
All of his three first skills; Shock, Speed and Energy Shield are absolutely fantastic. They are all useful in any situation really, but I prefer vastly his Shock and Energy Shield. Using him just as a "gotta-go-fast" guy is kinda wasting his kit.

Why don't you switch around that streamline and primed flow, would get you more points to put into ice spring even though mobilize is better :v:

I'm trying to rebreed my perfect Kubrow, but the game keeps giving me the horse sized ones all the time. Today my 4th rebred Kubrow matured and it was not that huge, but still big... I want small one :3 hate this RNG.
