idk why you would try to focus on "tanking" with excalibur. Put on power strength/duration and effeciency. Use power Strength for ult, or duration and range for radial blind.
Excal's ult is ridiculously good damage. You should reeeally get Power Strength and Efficiency.

Man, I really like Diriga and the Vulklok, but it sucks that I'll need to rank up a whole second set of rifle mods now... Sweeper was nice because I could use a rifle without conflict.

I like how they are nerfing multishot, which affects every weapon ever, just because 1 fucking gun benefited much more from it via a SECOND mod. If scattered justice wouldn't exist, this nerf would have not been announced.

I hate how this is their answer to "these mods are required".
It's the idea of "Oh this stuff's good? Better ruin it!". I'd rather they do something like make damage and multishot level outside of mods or something. Like make the damage go up with weapon rank. It'd free up slots and NOT ruin builds and require a shit load of re-balancing.

Yeah, I've talked about making separate damage mods and utility mods for years. Or a complete overhaul to the "crappy" mod system they have now. I even remember how Steve got really mad to a player who said that the mod system is crappy and needs to be reworked.
How would you make the system of "weapon rank up = damage increase" work?
Up to 5 times more damage when max ranked?

I'm fine with the mod system in general, it's the idea of "required mods" that are bullshit. And this is not how I would go about fixing it. Especially because this does nothing to help with Serration, only multishot.
Why would you even need to nerf Multishot?
It's an essential on all but 1 weapon (the Penta).

I think we can call multishot "multitrigger" now, because we will have a mod that pulls the trigger multiple times at once for us.
I'm just glad they're finally trying to do something after two years of this being a problem.
Multishot's been always fine and this is a dumb nerf IMO.
Aslong they buff Synoid Gammacor I don't care, I want to have my beamy free energy around.
