Only for the mastery. Telos has only marginally less DPS but it has godawful slow projectiles with heavy drop. It has the Truth syndicate effect but it's pretty meh aside from the healing effect.

WF China are getting an exclusive "Monkey King" frame that looks cobbled together out of other frames, the abilities look terrible. Also, found in the strings is another Chinese Mythology frame, which means they're getting [I]another[/I] in a couple of months.

It looks like weapon damage will finally be scaling with the weapon's level. They're still going to tweak multishot.
