Run the capture mission on Eris, can't remember what it's called but if you get a bunch of kills prior to the capture target then proceed to go on a killing spree without rushing to the end you'll nearly get one every time.
It is seemingly based on you killing large amounts of enemies in a short time span, if you don't hear a loud roar a few minutes after completing the objective then just rush out as he won't be coming.

I did the easiest exterminate in Eris and the Juggernaut spawned every time.

I haven't heard anyone talking about it but has anyone here actually used Ash for Draco farming? It's super duper effective and easy. Uses much less energy in general too than Mesa or Saryn, and requires pretty much no movement what so ever.

So, fun fact: While you are afflicted with Radiation Proc, you can hurt your teammates.
Well, I knew this full well, got proc'd, yelled for my buddy to come here so I could show him something and then blew his head off with my Sancti Tigris.
Being the tryhard he was, he didn't find it funny and refused to talk to me for a while.
Then he got proc'd and Landslided the back of my head clean off my shoulders.

Same thing happened to me, except that I tought him about how Radiation allowed him to TK and then he immediately made contact with a laser trap then turn 180' and Tigris'd me.
"Hey, come here, I'll show you something"
"Come here, quick! What room is this??"
