I think it drops rarely now, I remember it was dropping rather commonly before some Update, so I have 16 of these.
Natural Talent is great on Nekros
Natural Talent is great on just about anyone besides Vauban. It's just whether or not you have the luxury of having enough room for it.
I still want to find actual uses for those goddamn elemental resistance mods.
Like the only time one of them came in REAL use was when we had that event where the grineer were farming skate toxin or something so maxing out the toxin resistance mod and using Ash made it a cakewalk.

I was recently writing down in a txt file all of the changes that I'd like to see in Warframe. One of those changes was making all of the elemental resistance mods be equippable in the Exilus slot. I know Exilus slot is meant to be for utility mods but.. come on man.

I just realized but couldn't Natural Talent be considered a utility mod?
Natural Talent just increases Ability casting, it's essentially the equivalent of increasing fire rate on a gun or swing speed of melee.
Not that I wouldn't like it to be considered a utility anyways.

I haven't looked into using the Exilus slot yet. I can't believe they don't allow you to use elemental res mods in that slot that's criminal.
