Nah, Wraith Twin Vipers are still better, but if you want something you can realistically get, try the Secura Dual Cestra, not as shooty but the Sequence effect makes up for it

Twin Wraith Vipers empty a mag in less than second. While they do so, it sounds like a teeny tiny A-10 Warthog's "BRRRRRT".
Holy fucking shit, the Kulstar is my new favorite weapon. Even with no forma put into it, it's doing nearly 6k Blast damage and has a very low chance to [I]not[/I] shoot three grenades with each trigger pull. I got spoiled by the Tonkor though, I'm not used to needing to be careful with my bombs. That and I'm kinda sad they both use the same ammo, so there's no practical reason to run them both.

I've been debating getting a Kulstar, but I'm not too keen on the resource costs and crafting a [I]KRAKEN[/I]. That pistol is utter garbage compared to what it says on the tin. Stronkor is still my favorite thing to blow up crowds of mobs with.

I just wish the Kulstar's projectiles all exploded at once like the Angstrum. I've killed myself so many times with the damned thing because I fire, it explodes the primary charge, I run towards it, then the secondary and tertiary charges detonate and blast me to bits.

Actually I think that happens regardless nowadays. Every time I opened a Vault when running ODE, I would teleport to some random location on the map. Sometimes outside of it. I have a feeling it's a host/client bug.

Like what? His kit is quite solid nowadays. Maybe his balls could be a bit faster and his hallowed ground should get something to make it more appealing (perhaps a slow on enemies?).

He kinda suffers from Nekros syndrome but not nearly as badly. He is primarily played for his ult. His heal is pretty lackluster and the animation for it is really long. Hallowed Ground requires range, duration, [I]and[/I] strength to be very useful.
I can't remember the last time I used his 1 to the point where I can't even remember what it does.

Took me a sec too, but Smite can be okay for CC in a pinch. The confusion proc sometimes works, but I'm not a fan of confusion status.

It's 100% confusion proc and 100% puncture proc with the additional projectiles. Also it knocks down the enemy you are targeting. It's actually quite useful for a 1st skill.
