So I'm working on some foliage for HL2 (ignore the crap lighting) [IMG]http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/491187787947880244/20CB82AFC53D3CC8F865E32898839D18468FE145/[/IMG] Do you guys think this would fit with HL2? (needs to be a lot more refined, but it's the gist of what I'm aiming for)

Only half the props look good with -staticproplighting but the other half look terrible with the huge blocky shadows. Weren't we using the cascade shadows anyways?

is it possible to implement fully dynamic shadows like in global offensive where the models cast shadows on themselves too?

Don't quote stuff from page 3 just to complain about it. Thank you. Anyways, I'm generating some more models and textures so I can really get to work on mapping. Hope you guys won't mind me tampering with lighting in a few places. It's kind of bland and unappealing, so I'll be making it more moody, but try to keep the original charm.

I'm really excited to see what little scenes that are added for citizens, hoping you show them with their own little personalities and backgrounds (obviously not a lengthy backstory) and not all of them willing to put their life on the line for Gordon.
