I can try to whip an animation in AE to go over it (followed by an improved texture afterwards), but there's no promises on that. I was thinking in terms of like walls and stuff, haha.

Basically you can probably pick any wall or floor you haven't seen redone in a picture yet and do that- I'm not picky.

hopefully not of a human though. you can tell the image of the face is different than the chest area. maybe not though; it might just be a UV mapping issue.

i certainly think it would be cool. it sounds kind of reminicent of the HL1 cockroaches and how theres so much detail even though it has no significance to the plot or story or gameplay whatsoever it's just there to make you go "wow, cool". doesn't sound hard either.

Considering they used potato skins for all the L4D2 zombies, I kinda doubt it's a real burnt corpse.

Originally they were going to use real diseased skin though, but it made the dev team sick looking at it :v:

You would have to animate the maggots on the corpse as one because of complex collisions. Also you wouldn't exactly find them elsewhere, due to them making their homes in the rotting flesh until they grow into teenage flies and leave home for fly college.

There are fly particles around Ravenholme in specific spots. Bit hard to make out there.
