Doesn't that already happen in the sewers where you hide from the Hunter Chopper?
It does, and most of the corpses are charred, which obviously points to the cremator.
It does, and most of the corpses are charred, which obviously points to the cremator.
To be honest, it's probably the amount of explosive barrels knocking about. You set one off, they all go off.

So, I made a suggestion on GitHub about cleaning up minor unused content and re-using a few enhancements from the Episodes: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Source-1-Games/issues/1094 One most notable enhancement is the pipe we see again in EP2, less envmapping and instead some phong shading
can you take another picture in fullbright? I cant really see the details.
Here, I'll just send the textures. Oh, and I know some bits are still low-res, but I'm fixing that right now
I have never listened to a word the Combine say and I suspect many players are the same way. In fact, I never realised they were saying anything coherent in that radio garble for a long time.
Personally, the "Five.. four.. three, two one flashflashflash" always caught my attention. It's why I suggested a countdown, because I thought it was the same for everyone else. I apologize if my assumption was incorrect.
Hey I'm wondering if when the player starts off in the train station, will the "full-body awareness" stuff you guys are talking about mean that when the player looks down they'll see regular civilian clothes rather than the HEV suit? It really bugged me that Valve just gave Barney a line "let's get you out of your civvies" and just pretend you're wearing citizen clothes. I think this would really help the immersion.
because gordon can run an infinite distance without getting tired
If you played HL1 you'd know Gordon can infinite sprint.
If you played HL1 you'd know Gordon can infinite sprint.
You can't say things are okay just because they happened in an older thing. Retcons happen.
If you played HL1 you'd know Gordon can infinite sprint.
Hell if you go look at HL1 it has a bunch of stupid ass shit. Not that it's a bad game or anything, but it just feels way the hell dumber when I look at it now.

I mean, Alyx is like "I wont look" so that implies he doesn't just put it on over the clothes.
I can see why Valve didn't use it, Soldiers throw grenades at you if you're hiding behind cover, but the grenades are easy to grab and punt back if you're paying attention SMG grenades would be extremely frustrating since you have almost no time to react
but you can use a grenade expresion from the combine to indicate he will launch a propelled grenade maybe, whereas he won´t when throwing normal handgrenades, and have him get in a position to fire it, like the grunts in hl1
The one on the right looks like it came from the days of Doom
Yeah, that's why I'm trying to improve on the small things. Any other props should be higher res? Or are a majority of them just going to be re-modeled completely
Yeah, that's why I'm trying to improve on the small things. Any other props should be higher res? Or are a majority of them just going to be re-modeled completely
the bottle of bleach/409
the bottle of bleach/409
Can do. If you want, you can just give me a list of props. Ill just work on them all, and make a big post regarding the progress. This way we can save space on the thread
the bottle of bleach/409
Chinese food.
Cases and pallets of Dr. Breen's Private Reserve? Same for the descriptively named 'rations'.
If you played HL1 you'd know Gordon can infinite sprint.
he was a robot in hl1, obviously [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline]
Cases and pallets of Dr. Breen's Private Reserve? I would find it strange to be drinking water out of a can anyway.

No silly that's a bottle. It says right there on the can!
warp the steel-fiber mesh around his dick?
What. [editline]22nd July 2013[/editline]
wait, so if he's actually naked the whole time, does that mean that Gordon can, uh... warp the steel-fiber mesh around his dick?
Oh man, my sides... I suppose he could leave his underwears on, no need to sexualize even such a thing like putting suit on.

No Marphy, don´t open that topic, or we will fall into another flame war like happened with the ponytail!!
Even if he is clothed, it'd be just plain awkward to get the suit over the Civvies in City 17
