Anyone having problems saving pictures taken in GTAO? I had a funny shot I took in a car on the way to a Job, so I took it, hit enter and put down my phone, but I didn't see it anywhere in my gallery.
Sorry if late, but does anyone know the keybind for quickplay actions like flipping off in online?
Actually, can someone link me to the patch on megaupload please? Might be better then endlessly waiting on social club to get its shit together.
Same for me if possible because this ain't going anywhere.
dunno if this has been posted, but found this video on reddit

Pictures taken during online missions don't get saved. Been that way since release.
This is just factually incorrect. There's a problem with rockstar codes being used on rockstar accounts with steam versions, you have to use an account that's already linked or your key gets locked in limbo despite them giving you a choice to activate it, till their support does something about it.
I'm aware of that issue too, and the simple fix is to use an account that's already linked, and if you we're unlucky enough R* support will straighten it out, infact my friend had that issue last night, and they already issued him a new key.
You have no idea whats been going on do you :v
i dont want to discuss this with someone who wants to pretend to know whats going on and defend the issue they havent even heard about.

Hahaha wow, I clearly have spent some time looking into the issues of this game.
I'm running it on GTX 760, i5 4670k at 3.4 Ghz, 8 GB of RAM and on an SSD.
Settings are a mix of medium/high, textures are set to high, game runs nice and smooth, sometimes dipping in the 40s.
Although it seems my online characters have black lines all over them.
Whelp I decided to go ahead and transfer my online character knowing I'd lose my (shitty) vehicles, but now the game won't let me buy trackers or insurance for any new vehicles I grab.
Guess I'm stuck taking the bus to my heists :'(
ordering a GTX 970... hope that fucking cuts it
It does! Interestingly, VRAM caps around 3.5GB. I had trouble trying to bump the VRAM usage past that to test out the "slow" 0.5GB portion, but it runs beautifully on very high/ultra settings. Constantly 60FPS, even better than GTA IV
I have a 970 and I can't get past 9 fps when driving in a 720p window at minimum settings.
What are your full system specs? Did you download the latest GTA V-specific GeForce drivers?

In context with what i just posted this is hilarious. Someone who says there are no unfixable problems and claims there to be no key issue claiming ignorance. Im sure you and your cries of butthurt are very appreciated by rockstar.
I had a similar issue, I used my activation code on the rockstar website and it attached to my social club account and when the game finally launched it asked me to activate it again through the client and said it was already in use. Restarted a few times and waited a bit until my key was attached to my social club account properly and it works fine now

Haha now there's words being put into my mouth. I'm claiming there's no key issue? The key issue isn't an issue if you do some reading before you input the code. Which most of the time re-inputting the key will activate it And yeah, every issue ultimately has a work around or fix. The fix if you now have a busted key? Contact R* for a new one. Don't play the fanboy card, it's only making you look dumb.
I'm not claiming there is a fix or workaround for all the widespread issues. There is fixes and work arounds for all widespread issues. I may not have experienced them myself, but a few friends of mine have, and sites like reddit, FP, NeoGaf, RGSC forums have been the best resource guide to help fix such issues.
Does anyone know if you can get the first person FOV higher?
my downloader keeps timing out and not resetting
im worried that i can't leave this on during the night
but you keep your vehicles when you transfer?
You lose all your vehicles if you haven't played since december 2013, and I don't have live to hop on the 360 version and force a recent character save.
What does failed zlib call mean?
Please don't tell me I have to reinstall it
You still have yet to share what your issue is Matt, perhaps we can help get your game up and running.
I GOT IT WORKING
If you're crashing on launch and you have an AMD laptop card with the switchable graphics feature, make sure both GTA 5 and the launcher executables are set to HIGH PERFORMANCE in the switchable graphics application (right click on the desktop to get to it). Then disable the Intel graphics adapter in the device manager. The game will then launch.
It claims I don't have enough vram etc but I'm not sure how true that is, haven't entered the game yet. I'll report back
Managing about .2 frames per second, this is clearly not a viable solution but at least the game fucking started
I loaded up my story game and I was sitting in a car in the middle of a thunderstorm stuck in traffic with Fortunate Sun blasting on the radio :v:
The weather in this game is fucking beautiful
is there something i can do about the terrain not loading fast enough?
i'm running on a 760 2gb, i5 2500k 4ghz, 8gb ram, and on an ssd
even on normal textures this happens, on high it's worse
doesn't really seem right compared to what i've seen other people running at on specs similar to mine
Running same specs as you, I only got the stutters when i plugged in my Xbox controller which is weird

it's been going for around 5 hours now, i would assume...
Can anyone upload that 5gb patch somewhere? Or where can i get it? The R* shit club is agonizingly slow.
To anyone downloading the 5gb patch from mega, could you reupload part 2? All the parts are downloaded just fine except part 2, it downloads at an extremely low speed....
Just throwing a heads up, if anyone is having an issue where the game freezes and locks up the system with the game audio still running and you're unable to alt tab or do anything, turn off "pause game when losing focus".

I had the same problem today, here are some links with instructions that I followed:
https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/communities/public/questions/203280768--Failed-zlib-call-Please-reboot-or-reinstall-the-game-PC?page=5

Essentially. Scan all the .rpf files with an MD5 cryptographer. Compare them to the hashes in the links. If they don't match delete them. When you've checked every .rpf file, launch the game and the client will automatically download the missing .rpf files.
I only had to redownload 3 GB using this method, and now it works perfectly!
I used this one
http://download.cnet.com/MD5-SHA-Checksum-Utility/3000-2092_4-10911445.html
Edit: If you have a Steam version you could try to verify the files via Properties > Local files > Verify integrity of game cache...
I don't know if it works, might be worth a shot.
Hey guys, if I'm not wrong an AMD X8 FX-8350 CPU should be pretty okay for this right?
