alright so the game's peaking at and mainly staying at 30fps with stuttering, doesn't matter what the settings are, it's happening on 1920x1080, it's also happening when i go down to 800x600 ffs. specs: i7-4702MQ (as discussed before with a base speed of 2.2 GHz but the intel turbo boost thing brings it up to around 3 GHz during gameplay according to some program i have) GT 750M 4GB 16GB RAM i mean i'm not expecting to run it amazingly or anywhere near maxed out but surely better than 30fps. any suggestions?

"Good sport" what does that mean? Just don't get reported by people?

Should i update to the latest Nvidia drivers? I'm on an 970

Set Vsync to On or Off. Setting it to "Half" will limit your framerate to half your refresh rate, which is for people with 120hz+ monitors experiencing stutter (it locks to 60 for them)

disabled vsync ingame and in the nvidia control panel, it's a lot smoother with not as much stuttering but still peaking at 30. ugh

Messed around in the editor, it's really fun! I'm a big dumb though and didn't do this on my 1080p monitor so it maxes out at 720p, but it just goes to show that even a dumb like me can do something in the editor. Just did a heist with randoms (PS3, PC needs a OS update) We were all safe waiting for our last guy on Pacific Standard to catch up, he bugged out, hit a sign and it vaulted him off his bike about 50 meters into the air, all we got out of it was a failure in the last two minutes of the heist and him muttering some uncomfortable "uungfhh" groans while his guy smashed into the pavement. After a grand total of like 20 successful setups I've never had a successful finale :v: EDIT: Does anyone know where you get jackets / hoodies with the hood up? I've seen a few screenshots of people with Stalker themed outfits and would love to give it a shot.

Check if that allows you to set a custom limit. But (assuming I have my facts straight), the reason the limit is usually 30 or 60, is because that is more or less half of the refresh rate of monitors. Though I suppose an 80Hz monitor probably exists? Edit: Jesus christ this thread moves fast.

So what's the deal with expansions/DLC on the PC version? I see a lot of the cars/apparel from the expansionpacks in the game, and I have all the new weapons unlocked. Does PC version automatically have all the DLC?

Downloading a 2GB patch now after downloading the main 65GB file. I also got the 5GB patch from Mega. Am I all set now after the download finishes?

where are the rockstar editor videos saved to? aren't i able to import the video into sony vegas or something instead of uploading it straight from the gallery to youtube?

I wish there were better leg tattoos besides those ugly calf ones. Why would you even get a tattoo there?

Easily one of the most annoying things about this game is how they don't really have menus and everything is done in game. It makes online a fucking hassle.
