Grand Theft Auto Series Megathread V4 - 3 and 1/2 Years in the Making: GTA V PC - Games

I can't login to Social Club. Having the code 2 error. Can't even download the setup tool from the website. Is it only me right now?

lol, one of my songs that I put on the self radio actually causes the framerate to drop significantly when I play it, and only that song.

For the cheats, it's pretty much the same stuff you enter in the phone on the console version, only you type the word, like skyfall, will spawn you in the sky, buzzoff will spawn a buzzard and slomo, well you get it

anyone know how to optimise download speed?

I'm sure this has been a thing for awhile on the console version of GTA:O, but I really dislike having to win X number of races to get parts for my car. I'm having to work the system and do races with people and trade races back and forth just to make it faster to progress because it's a pain in the ass racing online with maaaybe the potential of getting in first place out of the 8 or so that are in the race as well. I think what might encourage me to do legit races were to make the requirements like..."finish in the top 3" or something instead of first place. Maybe make first place winning for the highest tier, something like that.

Just hit level 13, any tips on what my first big purchase should be? Like a garage, or a house. Maybe save more cash for a car? How does the game handle multiple cars if I don't have a place to store them yet?

So is the game worth $60 right now? Or should I wait a few months?

You need a garage to have more than one car, and then you can only have as many cars as you do garage spots.

Otherwise, buy a cheaper apartment and get a nice car.

Where does the photos from your phone go? What's the directory? It's not in Appdata/local

I frequently place second but it says I've lost like a zillion races.

Jesus christ, I can count the fucking wrinkles on Michaels hands! Different cars have different radio displays! And your screen gets an overlay, colored to the shade of your sunglasses! What the shit, this detail is [i]insane[/i]! I love little things like that in games. So immersive because of it.

It'd be nice if they had a plastic surgeon like in Saints Row. I like my character how she is but I might want to change her at some point. Also, is there any way of changing your crew t-shirt once your character's been created?

I've posted that like four times in this thread already and I am still amazed at it.

I gotta say the Xbox One controller for PC works flawlessly, even all the Rumble features in the triggers. Feels amazing when the triggers lightly vibrate when a car shifts gear! :D

My fedora dissapears when I enter vehicles

Two issues I'm having so far: First, sometimes the editor can be a little finnicky. Most of the problems come from not being able to copy and paste the camera settings/position/whatever from one marker to the next, so when one of the endpoint markers in a clip get out of whack I have to really mess around with the camera to get it to how it was. Secondly, I'm having a weird intermittent problem with the menu/steam overlay. Steam's framerate monitor (because rivatuner one is stuck on like 100+ more fps than what it actually is) says I get 60 or so fps in the map/pause menu/whatever, but everything is unresponsive and slow as if it's 3. It doesn't happen all the time, but often enough.

Why do I have to return to singleplayer, the go [i]back[/i] to online if I time out???

Please, tell me theres an animation that allows you to tip the fedora you wear. So that my character can be complete.
