Thats pretty relieving because my specs have been becoming a little bit outdated but I was able to "max" out max payne

Well Max Payne 3 also had smaller environments but with higher details.

Can't fucking wait for the file editors to come out. Gotta change the firerate and damages and what not for all the guns, handling, ect. Can really make the whole game radically different.

One mod I want to see is mobs but with animals only Imagine a swarm of dogs and cats trying to kill you

Regarding the whole cops thing, I would love a watchdogs-like mod, where someone actually needs to call the police for you to get a wanted level, unless the police can see you, obviously. Also, hiding in cars by turning off your engine was a pretty neat feature, I'd like to see that too. If I stab someone in the street it feels a lot more meaningful and different from a game like Saints Row or Just Cause, where everyone just feels like another NPC and you face no consequences when you beat the ever loving shit out of them Are multiple custom soundtrack playlists supported?
