Grand Theft Auto Series Megathread V4 - 3 and 1/2 Years in the Making: GTA V PC - Games

I'm actually more excited for this PC release than I was for the original 360/PS3 release. It's going to be a long day...

It's going to be a long day...[/QUOTE] Can't say more, because I lose a lot of surprise from the story and the first feel of the world, but it may just be on par with the couple of new side missions for returning players, and the FPS view which makes it an entirely new playing field. Plus, next gen versions had a lot of new and random vehicles, songs, etc added that I can't wait to explore.

I hope that the first-person FOV will go higher than on consoles

I hope someone makes a proper singleplayer garage+insurance system, I want the Duke O Death for the entire campaign, such a badass car

I think the hype is settling in for me now. I know online may be swamped but I'm totally fine replaying the story with first person mode and sweet sweet 1080p 60 fps ultra textures goodness. It'll be like putting on glasses.

Plus heists![/QUOTE] People are split on the storyline, but I think pretty mich everyone agrees it's nothing special, so don't worry (but it does suck that you won't be able to beat it completely "fresh"). The missions is where it's at.

I haven't played this game since Oct 2013, I've kept myself as spoiler free of new gameplay additions as possible, like heists. I can't wait. My plans are to sort about transferring my character, see if there's anyway to claim the whole downtime bonus when the game came out if I don't receive it and then just play lots of SP. This games gonna be goooood

Incredibly infuriating if you get stuck with idiot pubbies (which is why I suggest you find a group of friends/crewmates to heist with) They don't pay what I was expecting, but, at least in my case, they weren't as difficult as I was expecting, either, so it kinda balanced out.
