I am having such a hard time focusing on this paper I am supposed to write, and the game isn't even out yet. GTA V will truly be my downfall.
Do you have a big bike?
Get ready for a wild ride. ;)

So are you guys gonna play with a controller or KB + Mouse?
Console dudes! How are the heists?
I personally thought they were pretty underwhelming and didn't live up to the hype. It was nice seeing the cutscenes with my character, but the missions were more frustrating than fun. After I beat them all once, I didn't really want to do them again.
So are you guys gonna play with a controller or KB + Mouse?
I use both :v: GTA IV allowed both to be used seamlessly, wouldn't expect it to change with 5
So are you guys gonna play with a controller or KB + Mouse?
Probably gonna end up switching between both. Unless I can properly drive and fly with KB and mouse.
So are you guys gonna play with a controller or KB + Mouse?
KB + Mouse all the way, it physically pains me to miss such easy shots on the console version because controller aiming is so wank I don't have any problems driving with KB + M either, aiming while driving will be way easier
KB+M
So I've compiled a heavy metal/hard rock station ready for release but I need some commercials! Anyone got any suggestions? I made radio bumpers and all, pretty happy with it.
I am having such a hard time focusing on this paper I am supposed to write, and the game isn't even out yet. GTA V will truly be my downfall.
Same here with my home office work.
KB + Mouse here, definitely.

In IV, didn't Independence FM have an option to play it's own selection of adverts? I imagine V will have a similar selection, unless people are just hunting their own comedic banter.

If I can manage to get used to vehicle controls with Mouse and Keyboard, I'll stay with those, if not I'll switch out to my controller.

I honestly forgot about Independent FM having its own adverts. I might just leave it as music.
Track list?
I don't think I have enough tracks yet though to be honest.
Only 1 place remaining now for these events: Mountain Bike Trail, Off-Road 4x4 Rally, Boxing, Drunken Boxing and Frogger.
Anyone know how much remains to download on the Steam preload? I've moved house and have the game preloaded, but I'm waiting for my net to go on in this new house, meaning I'm limited to a poor 3G signal to download and decrypt the rest.
GTASA and IV allowed you to just have shortcuts to the custom music, didn't it? I hope that's the case for V as well
I might be able to get the game all up and running by Wednesday, I am getting a refund on my broken headset (warranty) and I am going to let my brother use my money to get the retail version on the same day instead of a week later, so all he would need to do is pay me back and let me install GTA5 on PC.
Now that my preload is finished, I can't even pass the time by checking the download status every five minutes, as I did for the past three days. I guess I have no choice but to actually get my work done. What's worse, the game will unlock while I'm sleeping, and tomorrow I'll have to work first before I can play. And then on Wednesday I have to go abroad for five days. [editline]13th April 2015[/editline] Nobody's life is harder than mine :(
Did anyone find the game abit cheaper from any game site that sells a Steam key instead of Social club one? I want it on Steam but 60 euros is not okey.
Did anyone find the game abit cheaper from any game site that sells a Steam key instead of Social club one? I want it on Steam but 60 euros is not okey.
You could try G2A.com, they sell GTA V pre-order keys for a slightly cheaper price of 54.99 euros. Edit: https://www.g2a.com/grand-theft-auto-v-preorder-cd-key-global.html It's rockstar social club keys, I thought they were steam keys my bad.
Then they include VAT now which takes it up to retail price anyway.
Sigh, I should've gotten it on Steam. I got a Social Club code for cheap, but the preloader sucks all my bandwidth and even kills my shitty router after a couple minutes of downloading. Is there any way to intentionally throttle the download speed for the preloader?
I wonder how the Rockstar Servers will react when GTAO is up and running for PC. Probably won't be good considering the way the Social Club Pre-loader is for a lot of people.
Super stoked for the highly probable terrible/nonexistent SLI support at launch.
Actually, full SLI support is in already.
So I've compiled a heavy metal/hard rock station ready for release but I need some commercials! Anyone got any suggestions? I made radio bumpers and all, pretty happy with it.
I've made a similar station, I've just used the GTA V radio adverts, plus one or two from GTA 4. I could upload those somewhere and link you to it, if you'd like. Also could you send me a track list? I'm interested to see how ours compare.

Actually yeah that'd be much appreciated if you could upload your ads, cheers!
Surely can. -track list- Actually yeah that'd be much appreciated if you could upload your ads, cheers!
Whoops, missed it on the last page. A few of the same bands, but none of the same songs. Most of mine are the "obvious" choices from each band. My list (added 3 songs since I last posted about it). I'll start uploading now, but it might take a while, since my internet sucks.
