Please show us the graphics settings menu with settings set, in a way that the reported VRAM usage is right under 1 GB VRAM. At 1080p.

I'd give you my update files, but my upload rate is so bad that it'd take longer than waiting for the servers to escape the unilateral slaughter by the hundreds of thousands of people who are also downloading stuff.

People have probably finished it now but if anyone is still unpacking, turning off real-time protection in your anti-virus and setting priority to High for steam.exe helps quite a bit.
