Grand Theft Auto Series Megathread V4 - 3 and 1/2 Years in the Making: GTA V PC - Games

This game is incredibly optimised. Managing to get a very steady 70-80fps with everything on very high, except textures which are on normal and no AA with my 670. Will be upgrading within a month though. Shame my current card has 2GB VRAM because if I want high textures I have to make shadows and reflections medium.

i dont think its utilizing sli only one of my graphics cards is pushing out hot air

Anybody whos in know how to change the directory for the Rockstar Editor? It wants to use my SSD, which I don't have enough room on it for that.

The in-game pause menu performance is fucking awful. It's chugging hard.

This is the worst shit. We had 7 days to pre-load, you think they'd do it with more common sense. I should have been playing the game 1h40m ago, but I'm stuck here waiting for it to download a day 1 patch which shouldn't have been this large to begin with. I don't have the patience for this :rolleyes:

Anyone figured out how to aim down the sights of the gun in first person on PC yet?

I made a new account and now my mouse speed settings are all fucked up. I hope they can transfer the data from this one to my normal account.

Oh god it's viciously crashing for me whenever the screen reaches 3 stars in the opening. Anyone else?

err_gen_zlib_2 and crash to desktop every time I launch the game. Quality PC launches

If your having launcher issues delete or rename the rockstar folder in my documents, and when you sign in to rockstar social club do not save your sign in, fixed it for me.
