Grand Theft Auto Series Megathread V4 - 3 and 1/2 Years in the Making: GTA V PC - Games

My flatmate is getting GTA in a couple of days. I've already downloaded the game, so I'm thinking I could transfer him the necesarry files. Which ones does he need? Do I just copy the entire GTA V folder?

Only problem I've come across is the fact I can't unlink my steam account from a really old social club account I don't use anymore, so I can't activate GTA 5 on my new account :/

How do you emote? Like flip people off?

For those who have issues with stuff popping in and out, just go check how fragmented your harddrive is. Steam's "decryption" turned my fragmentation from a lovely 3% to a whopping 38%. I just fucking defragged a few days ago.

What am I doing wrong I am running it on a AMD FX-8350, 8gb ram and a geforce GTX 660, yet driving through the city gives me massive frame drops. Sometimes it stays near 55/60 fps, but it often drops. This is all on normal settings

You don't wanna be downloading 60gb when you have it right there sat in front of you.

I managed to start the game up but it seems my FPS is locked to a constant 30 and rarely drops/rises. I'm not complaining, but are there graphics options I need to turn on/off to get more?

How do you ragdoll after a jump on PC?

I really wish they'd give you error codes for these fucking crashes so you could figure out how to fix them.

Also is there a way to adjust the HUD position on PC? I don't like how it's all touching the very edges of the screen, you could adjust that on consoles.

So how do i link a PC copy to the Social club account using the Xbox live one?

Had to edit the deadzone, the HUDis weird on default, the map is like right in the corner

What's the key to go into ragdoll mode?

I loged in with my email; worst decision ever. It used my old ass xbox360 username. The same one as my FP name :/
